I needed a caregiver for my dad several times a week to relief me while I went grocery shopping. I downloaded their mobile app and booked an appointment. They called back almost immediately and confirmed that a caregiver will be assigned. I got very useful notifications from the app which gives me peace of mind. They are not YET very popular but believe me, this agency will go places.
I had never heard of this company until last June when I needed care for my mother in Lower Sackville on short notice. A friend sent me their contact information, I called and they set up an appointment immediately. Brianna showed up and took great care of mom while I was away. I will definitely be using their services again in the future.
I love the whole idea behind this. Thanks to the entire Care O'clock team for making this possible to attend to patients the right way and on time. Technology above all👌
This is a relatively new company but they seem to get everything right; response time, caregivers showing up on time, professionalism and general transparency. Good job
